Launched in October 2025, NEA Learn is our free professional learning programme for NEA members.
The programme offers practical and relevant sessions on topics that matter across education, from safeguarding and AI to leadership and wellbeing. Sessions are led by experts and organisations from across the sector, bringing different perspectives, knowledge and experience to NEA members.
NEA Learn is open to everyone in our membership, whatever their role or setting. Sessions are available live and on demand, making it easy to take part when it works for you.
The programme is shaped by what our members tell us matters to them. Feedback, pulse surveys and wider NEA conversations help us identify the issues and areas where further learning would be useful.
NEA Learn gives members a simple way to keep learning, explore new ideas and hear from others across education, completely free as part of NEA membership.
